  Great experience at Stop 23, it was the last place I went to on a whim(friend recommendation) and from now on I will always start with Stop 23 first. Chad was a great help, he pulled out every vehicle I wanted to drive and took the time to explain them in the snowy weather. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable . They have a great selection of practically new vehicles- without the dealer price tag. The entire buying experience was the most positive I have had and this is compared to all the name brand dealers I checked out before. Definitely recommend Stop 23 to all my friends and family!

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! All staff are very friendly and willing to help in whatever way they can. I have bought my last 4 vehicles from Stop 23 and have not had problems with any of them. Vehicles are priced better than other used cars dealers as I have compared prices with vehicles I have bought. All my service work has been done there as well.

  Just bought my first used car in about 40 years I’m retired now and didn’t want to take the big hit the first year of a new car so I bought one that was less than a year old . My experience with Stop 23 Auto Sales couldn’t have gone any smoother my salesman was Nicholas Gauthier I walked in with a realistic price that I wanted for my trade in and without any haggling I was offered what I was hoping to get can’t get get better than that. I had a question about the car a few days later that Ford would have charged me a fee for but the head mechanic at Stop 23 called me looked it up and I got the info I needed the whole Stop 23 team all thanked me for my Business thanks again for making buying a used car pleasure.

  Very helpful and friendly. Nicholas Gauthier was kind and friendly and explained things well. I would recommend Stop 23 to anyone looking for a new used vehicle and would advise to go to Nicholas.

  We set out that day to “test drive “ some options.. agreed before we left John’s we are NOT buying today just LOOKING... we ended up leaving with not 1but 2 new to us vehicles!.. Bill and the rest of the staff were great to work with.. very helpful and showed no sign of irritation at the 862,325 questions my husband had.. A huge thank you to the stop 23 team for your great customer service!.. it’s why my family has shopped there for 37+ years!
