He ended up giving an awesome deal on a new 2017 Super Duty. The process was flawless, and all the staff went waaaay beyond what I ever expected.   Having an older car, i found that it would be nice if the mechanics would be able to work on it competently. They don't seem to know how to properly work on and diagnose older vehicles because they lack the technology to tell the mechanics what to fix. I find this extremely disappointing especially because the car I took in to fix is a Ford. I suggest that people find a competent service centre that knows how to work on all ages and makes of vehicles because these dealerships don't seem to know jack unless they are working on a car with a computer that can tell them what to fix.
